Activity Review:
 
On March 23rd, the 11th China International Nuclear Industry Exhibition (Nuclear Industry China' 2010) was held at the National Agriculture Exhibition Center in Beijing. The show organized by Chinese Nuclear Society (CNS), China Nuclear Energy Industry Co. (CNEIC) and Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce lasted 4 days. With "Green Nuclear Energy, Low-Carbon Future" as the topic, the show attracted over 200 exhibitors from 15 countries, such as China, France, Canada, Germany, Finland, UK, Spain and Russia
 
Mr. Li Ganjie, Vice Minister of Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP) and Director of National Nuclear Safety Administration presented the opening ceremony at the first day. CTEC attended the show together with its mother company CGNPC. On the show, CTEC's products and achievements were widely promoted which helped further build up the corporate image in the industry.
 
Symbolized the group's innovation competence, CTEC's DCS products and the national R&D center of nuclear power DCS it's responsible for were well displayed and highlighted at the show. Meanwhile, a 3D video newly designed introduced vividly the company's DCS solutions for nuclear power industry, which became a bright spot attracting visitors.
 

 

 

 

 

On-site Communications:
 
On March 24th, an exhibition team leaded by the Chief Marketing Office Xiao Yuhua had friendly communications with many nuclear power customers at home and abroad, as well as other foreign DCS enterprises such as Atos Origin and Rolls-Royce. At the invitation of CTEC, the delegate of industry policy and member of procurement committee from EDF visited our booth and had a friendly communication with our marketing specialists. Meanwhile, being invited by Tecnatom, one of the main power companies in Spain, CTEC also had a discussion on the possibility of overseas DCS project cooperation with the company. More contacts and communications were agreed on by the two sides after the talk. Tecnatom is mainly engaged in the design and development of detecting equipments/systems for nuclear power applications and providing related services such as detecting, testing, operational support, radiation protection and safety management.
 
To enhance the exchange and cooperation with a good avail of such kind of international specific expos is an integral part of implementing the “Go Out” strategy of the company. The nuclear show provided CTEC a good platform to establish the brand image and deepen the mutual understanding between it and foreign nuclear power enterprises.
